Expanding over approximately 430 hactare of land, along the banks of Manahara River, Green City is the planned urban city poised to incorporate some of the population growth of Kathmandu Valley in a most sustainable form - offering the residents and visitors a superb quality-of-life. Here the cultural and economic vitality is carefuly balanced with the site’s sensitive ecological features. A place that is clean, healthy and equitable - an integral part of 21st Century Kathmandu.

Arrival Centre ‘Porta De Capao’

The project is the reconstruction of the existing building to function as the reception to the ‘Island of Capao’ project. Project aims to attain the leed certification of platinum level.

Located at Divar Island (Goa, India), The Project is the Leasure Island destination hosting an uber-Luxury Resort Spa and branded Villa Estates. The Project program envisages 74 signature private Villa Estates and a 100 key Resort Spa, spread over 156 acres.

The Leaf

Located on high hills of the Nagarkot, project includes 20 branded villas and several resort units that will be managed by an international operator. Site offers the magnificent view of the Himalayan range to the north.

Interior design of 8Degrees restaurant and bar

My involvement: Design concepts, interior layouts, 3D Visualization, detailed drawing productions and site supervision.
The project was the adaptation of existing building and addition of new structure to cater to the requirements of the restaurant and bar. Site initially consisted of the two storey frame structured residence building and ample exterior space. Instead of demolishing the existing structure, the idea was to remodell the building and adapt to the current requirement along with the new additional structure. As the clients requirement, the entire planning and layout was based on ‘Vaastu Shastra’, consisting of fine dining area, bar, lounge, kitchen etc on the ground floor and the meting room and conference room on the first floor. The main theme of the design was the modern approach with the hint of victorian style.

Two in one project consisting of ‘Civil Homes housing Phase IV’ and ‘Civil Apartments’ located at Dhapakhel spreading over 630,000 sq.ft. that accomodates total of 394 families. Consist of three different types of villas and 6 high rise appartments.
